Every day is beautiful as the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY brings to us. We savor the seasons of life as they arrive and grateful to Him for everything. Both joy and pain commingle - they teach us of His love. We survive the puddles of woes and celebrate His blessings. He allows us to endorse to Him everything, particularly those we can't tackle --- and yet how often we forget that He is there. In our joy, we sometimes forget to thank Him. We forget to acknowledge the blessings He gives.... yet in the midst of trials we blame Him.. in the midst of sufferings we cry to Him in despair and He is always there - 24/7 He is with us, for He lives within us and listens to our every thought. He knows of the very intentions of our heart, the very thoughts in our minds He can read.... and He feels every iota of such emotions within our soul. There is nothing we can hide from the LORD. The HOLY SPIRIT calls and prompts us when we deviate from the path, yet how often do we ignore. We keep on our speed on the road, sometimes pushing the pedal to the floor without thinking of others that can be affected by our ways. We keep shifting the gears of our lives - choices sometimes become unhealthy and unwise, not fit for us His children, but some of us no longer care --- for what we care more is to satisfy our own needs, blinking not for others to survive. Some of us have gotten accustomed to the calls of the world leaving not a moment to spend with Him. And often we become numbed to the calls of forgiveness and acceptance of others along the way --- our indifference towards others has become a barricade in our true living.... and the LORD knows of it all, but He has never given up on us... He knows that when we take a moment or two to think of Him, when we look for Him in the midst of our busy schedules, when we can willingly put aside issues and ben alone with Him... He is there eager to listen, to commune.... to talk to --- to unload all sentiments within our hearts. The world is in chaos --- we sometimes get caught in its tormenting current.... our needs double and they consumed even our nights... We want to be freed from the havocs of the day... agitations leave when we start praying for peace and deliverance to Him who offers serenity. When we go to Him, when we pray to Him that comfort comes in. When we trust Him for everything, our concerns are alleviated. Only at His touch... and He is calling and waiting for that special moment of communion....My LORD, grateful we are for Your love and affection. Without You in our lives, we won't be able to know which direction to take. Our choices causes short-lived satisfaction, our very solutions fizzle out.... how You allow us to always run to You. How You teach us to offer everything to You for this is the only way we can be guided and led by Your HOLY SPIRIT.
LORD GOD of all, let us not only hear Your calling in the midst of life's ordeals but in our joy and successes. Let us not forget that You make everything work for a reason. Your will should not be questioned because in Your hands everything is. Make us ever mindful of others and their needs. Let us offer our days with You each beginning of the day and before the night folds. Thank You for the promptings during the day that we can soften our stumbles along the way and tones life's agitations as they come. When our focus is on You, our days are productive. Thank You for Your love....
Praying for those in need, Father. Please guide those who are in darkness... for those searching for life's true meaning, please let them find You. Let us always hear Your soothing voice and tender grace. My LORD, let Your love make us see the beauty of giving, sharing, loving and forgiveness. Protect and shield us from the spears and arrows of the enemy whose very aim is to cause separation between You and us. Make us hear Your whispers in the midst of the world's cymbals and gongs. We need You always, dear LORD. Teach us all how to live in Your name. Enliven those dormant cells within our being - those ones that will revive our believing in You.
You are the Way we want to follow; the Voice we want to hear and listen to; the Truth we want to open our hearts and minds to; the Life to cling on....
